API changes, Workbook version update

The FAC has added new fields to its API in preparation for allowing resubmissions. A new data dictionary will be available soon. The FAC has also updated the SF-SAC Data Collection workbooks to version 1.1.8. The new version adds the latest Federal Program and Cluster Names.
